We do not accept returns or refunds on embroidered/personalised items.


If you would like to have one of our items personalised with embroidery, please note that the selection of your order is final.

We do our best to show the colours of the embroidery thread and the font styles.

If you would like a name in a particular font, please email us before placing your order so you can see the font before making your choice. If you have received your item and do not like the font, you cannot change your mind. Please note that the embroidery cannot be removed.

Once we have created your personalised embroidery, we cannot accept any changes.

Your embroidery will be made exactly as entered, with uppercase and lowercase letters.

Please make sure you indicate this correctly in your order in the appropriate field on each list.

Please ensure that you add the additional costs, if applicable, otherwise your item cannot be personalised.

The processing time for embroidery is currently approximately 5 working days. We endeavour to complete your embroidery as quickly as possible, but this may take longer during busy periods.
